Green Bell, located in Juhu, Mumbai, serves as a comprehensive destination for expecting parents, as well as those with newborns and toddlers. Our meticulously curated collection includes premium baby care products, essential nursery items, and fashionable children’s clothing. Our mission is to ensure a comfortable and joyous beginning to parenthood. Additionally, our online presence extends nationwide, allowing us to deliver our premium product range across India.

1. Location:

   • Greenbell is currently located in Juhu, Mumbai. Our physical store operates from this location, and all our products are shipped directly from here.

2. Product Range:

   • At Greenbell, we offer a wide range of products for babies and kids. Our collection includes items from leading brands across various categories:
     • Diapers
     • Baby food
     • Infant accessories
     • Gears (strollers, high chairs)
     • Nursery furniture
     • Clothes & footwear
     • Toys
     • We also stock items from some of the domestic manufacturers in the country. Rest assured, each item undergoes a thorough quality check by our QA team before being stocked.

3. Order Confirmation:

   • Once you’ve completed the payment process during checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed. Additionally, we’ll send an email to your registered email ID and an SMS to your registered mobile number, confirming your order.

4. Out of Stock Items:

   • While we strive to keep all products in stock, there may be times when unexpected demand exceeds our supply. If the item you’ve selected is not in stock, we’ll notify you during checkout. Don’t worry; we’ll inform you as soon as the product is back in stock.

5. Minimum Order Value:

   • To place an order, a minimum order value of Rs. 249 or more is required (excluding COD charges, shipping charges, taxes, or any value reduced after applying coupons or other offers).

6. Order Status:

   • We aim to ship your package within 24 hours of receiving the order. You’ll receive an email with the name of the courier company and the tracking number for your consignment. If you don’t receive an email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. Tracking information may take up to another 24 hours to appear online, so be patient. Alternatively, you can check the order status on the My Account page, where the Track Shipment option provides real-time updates.

7. Shipping Policy for Products with Different Lead Time:

   • For products with varying lead times, we’ll send you a confirmation email and SMS notification once you place the order. The product will be delivered as soon as it’s ready to ship.

8. Packaging:

   • Each individual product is securely packaged in bubble wrap and placed inside a sturdy box. We seal the box well to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep.

9. Payment Options:

     • UPI

10. Registration:

    • Yes, it’s mandatory to register before placing an order on Greenbell. You can create an account by entering and verifying your email ID and phone number. You can also log in via Facebook or Google. Registering allows you to receive timely offers and manage your Wishlist, account, and address details.

11. Return Policy:

    • Instead of a return policy, we have an exchange policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchased product, you can exchange it with us for an item of the same billing amount.
